Winter Brown Bag Specials

Join us on Tuesdays at noon during December and January for a Documentary film during the lunch hour.  Films start at noon and last a little under 1 hour.  Bring your sack lunch, we’ll provide the coffee.

Winter Schedule:

December 5—Robinson Crusoe’s Treasure Island 

This  film explores the Juan Fernandez Islands  where Scottish sailor,      Alexander Selkirk, was banished to, inspiring the novel Robinson Crusoe.

December 12—Earth Flight: South America

See the world from the bird’s perspective.

December 19—Great Indian Nations

A history of the 6  major North American Indian Nations, filmed in the ancestral lands

January 9— Louisa May Alcott, The woman behind Little Women Part 1

A biography of one the most loved children’s author.

January 23—Blue Planet:  Tidal Seas

Beautiful film footage of life in the ocean

January 30—Sacagawea

This film re-enacts her journey with Lewis and Clark in her  words.
