to fill the position of Youth Department Librarian
We are looking for an enthusiastic new leader for our Youth Department. The library has an amazing history and reputation for children’s programming in our community and we are looking for someone who wants to become a part of that legacy. The Youth Department Librarian will be responsible for planning and implementing programming, selecting youth library materials, and supervising department staff. They will collaborate with other library departments, community organizations, and develop innovative new programming. This full-time position requires 38 hours per week, including some evening and Saturday hours. Salary range is $16.86-$22.75. Benefits include paid vacation, holidays, sick time, as well as the option of health insurance, AFLAC and KPERS. Must have an Associate’s Degree or higher.
